Arizona RID Badges
Arizona RID is now offering professional ID Badges!
Arlyn Anderson (RID CI & CT) has worked with Arizona RID to create a badge unique to Arizona. Take a look at www.idmatters.biz to learn more about the product.
The badges will be sold for $20. This is a fundraiser for Arizona RID, so that we can continue offering workshops at a low cost.
To purchase a badge, simply type in your information exactly as you would like it to appear on your badge in the form below. You will then pay $20 by using PayPal using the button below. You must be a member of Arizona RID to purchase an ID badge. If you are not yet a member, please click the 'membership tab' now, download a form and send in your check if it is your first time joining, or if you are renewing, you can click 'renewal' and pay with PayPal.
We will verify membership of Arizona RID as well as the certification(s) that will appear on your badge. Send a photo of yourself to Ander Bolduc, our Vice President (vicepresident@arizonarid.org).
The photograph should be a headshot with a plain background, similar to that of a passport or driver's license photo.
